*Continuing the process of “Telling My Story” by moving forward from the awareness of “Telling My Story - I Came to Believe” to “Stages of Grief - Telling My Story - I Acted.”
*Identifying your personal Fight/Flight/Shutdown triggers in your everyday life.
*Identifying the Core Loss at the root of your response, and the life event/memory associated with it.
*Envisioning Different Responses to Triggers, based in Freedom.
